It is funny because I know I personaly get tired of hearing about vision statements and mission statements and such. I also know how bad our youth program needs one. When I brought it to the attention of some of the youth, one of them who has been helping the church with their vision statement rolled her eyes it was funny. Somehow someway I need to get the youth to think more about why they come to youth group...what youth group is...etc.
