New Adventures in Canning

Well today I decided to take a new direction in canning. Today we are trying to can chicken stock that I just made. We ended up with 9 pint jars of chicken stock. I think it worked wonderfully. Just have to wait and see what it is like when we go to use it!

Fun at the Zoo

Well today mom and I took the kids to the KC Zoo. We had such a blast. All three of them were great and we saw soo much. Catherine is working on her zoo report for school work to show what she learned. I will put up pictures once we get them back.
