Happy Apple Day!!!
For those who are thinking "what is she talking about?" Well on this day back in 1774 (or 1776 I have conflicting stories) is the day Jonny Chapman aka Jonny Appleseed was born.
So what are you doing for Apple day???
Today we have read books on Jonny Appleseed, made an Apple Puppet, and have Apple slices drying in the food dehydrator. We are also going to make Canned Apple Pie filling, but I have to wait for my ClearJel to get in (had to order it), so we will do that later this week.
