Today was the Walk-A-Thon for the Missouri Rainbow Girl's Scholarship fund. Each year District #4 holds a walk-a-thon to raise our state assessment for the fund. Each Assembly in the state is required to give $200 for the scholarships.
Catherine again this year participated. She raised $100. So she raised 1/2 of what NKC needed.
The weather was COLD and COLD and COLD.
At least the whole thing started and ended fast. Does not take people long time to walk two laps around the park when you are that cold, just because you want to get done!
