When we took the kids to the Missouri State Fair I saw this lady who made these towels that looked like a dress. So I set out to figure out how to make them. Since I had Halloween Towels on hand and scraps of Halloween Fabric I used it for my first try. Took me about an hour and half from start to finish which I did not think was too bad seeing as I have never made one before and have not found much on line about how to make them.
